For Officer on special Assignment (OSA) for Adjunct Professor

  1. Be a regular In-service Civil Servant;
  2. Relevant Civil Servant at position level of P2 with minimum 13 years of working experience in the civil service;
  3. Relevant Civil Servants at Position Level P1 (specialist) and ES

Documents required for OSA for Adjunct faculty or for Lateral Transfer

  1. Curriculum vitae (ZESt-generated copy);
  2. Valid Security clearance (approved online);
  3. Valid Audit clearance;
  4. Photo/scan copy of PE rating for the year 2017-18 & 2018-19;
  5. No Objection Certificate (clearly indicating that the candidate can contest for the position) from the employer, if employed

For Regular Contract in Economics

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Former Civil Servants who have voluntarily resigned;
  3. Private individual/cooperate employees with good service record;
  4. Incumbents who have completed their tenure in Constitutional Post
  5. Candidate should have minimum experience of 13 years and above
  6. Civil servants who were compulsory retired/terminated are not eligible
  7. Any individual beyond the superannuation ages as prescribed in the BCSR are ineligible to apply

Documents required for Regular Contract

  1. Civil Service Employment Application Form – Form 4/1
  2. Resume
  3. Copies of Academic transcripts.
  4. Copies of relevant training transcripts, if any
  5. Copy of Citizenship ID Card.
  6. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (valid for 6 months from the date of issue of certificate)
  7. Security Clearance Certificate which shall be verified online
  8. No Objection Certificate (clearly indicating that the candidate can contest for the position) from the employer, if employed
  9. Experience certificate(s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records
