This is to invite you to attend the talk by Ambassador Smadja, Head of European Delegation for Bhutan in New Delhi.
The talk is organized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and it will be held at the RIM Auditorium (4:00 pm). It has been scheduled for 5th August, 2010 (Thursday)
