The Royal Institute of Management (RIM) is pleased to announce a four month Dzongkha Language Bridging Course (DLBC) from September 11, 2018 to be offered to the LLB graduates who wish to pursue Post Graduate Diploma in National Law at the Institute for the 2019 academic session. The DLBC will be offered to LLB graduates who do not meet the Dzongkha Language criteria (Class 12 Dzongkha marks below 50). Other LLB graduates who are interested to update their Dzongkha Language are also welcome to apply.
A candidate must have:
LLB degree from recognized university;
Number of available slots: 45
Selection of the candidates will be done based on merit ranking of Dzongkha marks.
The course fee is Nu. 19,360.00 per candidate and it should be deposited in Rim Welfare Fund Account Number 100502451 before Friday, September 7th, 2018. Admission will granted upon payment of fees.

Interested candidates must apply to the registration unit of the RIM, latest by Thursday, September 6th, 2018.
Commencement of course/end of course
Duration of course is 4 months (September 11th, to December 31st, 2018).
Documents to be submitted
The application must be accompanied by the following document which must be duly attested by a competent authority.
- Citizenship Identity Card
- Academic transcripts – LLB degree and Class 12
In case the applicants’ numbers are less than 10 DLBC will not be conducted instead an Entrance Examination will be held and a nominal fee of Nu.5000.00 will be charged for each candidates. Briefing on the examination will be held on September 11th, 2018 in the main complex at RIM and the examination will be conducted on Friday, December 10th, 2018 from 09.30 to 11.30 am in the PGDNL class. The registration for the entrance examination will be closed on Friday, November 30th, 2018 at 5.00 pm.
