| He has conducted a
number of executive development programs and regional
seminars like Transformational Leadership, Managing
Change for Development and Re-Thinking Development
Models. Besides, he has assisted a number of private
sector organizations like Tashi Commercial Corporation,
Royal Insurance Corporation and State Trading Corporation
of Bhutan in preparing their staff training plans.
Further, he has also provided technical assistance
to Royal Civil Service Commission in the areas of
human resources development and was very actively
involved in preparation of 9th Five Year HRD Master
Plan and in developing and institutionalizing Annual
HRD Review System in the government.
He has provided consultancy services
to the Department of Energy, Ministry of Trade and
Industry (RGoB) in preparing their Training Needs
and to the Royal Bhutan Police in preparing a perspective
(2012) Human Resource Management Plan.
Currently, he is the Head of the
Human Resource Development Unit of the Institute and
conducts training programs in areas of Human Resource
Development, Human Resource Management, Organization
Development and Change Management. |
