| He completed his Master
Degree in Public Administration in 1992 from the University
of New Brunswick (UNB), Canada and since then he has
been serving in the capacity of the faculty member
of the Royal Institute of Management.
He has served in various capacities
as the member of the Royal Institute of Management
ranging from Head and Chief Coordinator of the General
Management to the project manager of the Institute
besides his teaching job. He also was actively involved
in designing, conducting and coordinating several
workshops and programs including: national workshops
on “Good Governance”, “Performance
Management System”, and “Training Impact
Assessment” and “International Volunteer
Orientation program”.
He participated actively as one of
the members of the Committee on Position Classification
Exercise initiated by the RCSC. He also contributed
his expertise and experience, in the capacity of the
local consultant, to the Royal Civil Service Commission
in the formulation of the 9th Five Year HRD Master
Plan. In the immediate future, he has interests to
continue his work in the fields of human resource
management, public administration and good governance.
He is presently senior lecturer and
Head of Policy, Planning and Project Development (PPPD)
of the Institute.
