Pema Wangdhee joined RIM in 1996. He hails from Pangthang Chunku, Chali (Mongar) and is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management Development. He holds degrees in BA (English Hons.), PGCE and MDM. He has lectured and facilitated in various postgraduate, diploma and geog level training programs besides developing and offering numerous short-term courses and consulting services for the Institute. His specializations include organization development, strategic management, learning methodologies, business communication and human resource management. His current commitments include OD related consulting activities.
