Tashi Wangzin is from Chapcha, Chukha. Graduated in 1994 with Certificate in Secondary Education from Jigme Sherubling High School, Khaling. In October 1998 he joined the Royal Institute of Management as an Instructor. In April 1999 he attended International Training Methodology Course, Malaysia. He holds Certificate in Office Management (CCOM) from the Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha.

He was one of the core faculty members of Center for Management Support Training now known as Center for Management Development. In the year July 2002 he was transferred to Center for Policy Support as a trainer to strengthen the capacity of Office Management at Geog and Dzongkhag level.

His areas of specialization include Office Management and Short Hand. He also coordinates and facilitates courses and workshops.

Currently, he is a faculty member in Center for Policy Support (CPS).
