Thinley Namgyel
Thinley Namgyal hails from Nobey, Trongsa. Graduated in 1986 with Bachelors degree in Arts from Sherubtse College, Delhi University. In 1987 joined the Government service as Trainee Officer in High Court and served for five years. In 1990 he joined the militia service and served as Officer in Royal Bhutan Army for five years. He then joined the Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha in 1994 as Administrative Officer. Holds Masters degree in Business Administration from University of Canberra, Australia.

He was a core faculty member for Center for Policy Support till 1999. His areas of specialization include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management and Marketing. Also conducted a research on “Mixing Work and Family” during his Master degree study in University of Canberra.

Presently he is the Registrar of the institute.
