Kinley Om is from Chang Nangka, Paro.She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Royal Institute of Management(2007) and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce(Honors) from Sherubtse College(2005).

Currently she is undergoing her Graduate Certificate in Higher Education in Distance Education mode from the University of New England, Australia.

She is a  faculty member of the Department of Business and Finance.
