The Cover Design (Hard Copy)

The environment for management is ever changing like in the game of chess. Every single move on the board creates a different situation and most often the situations are unanticipated. Management, today is essentially coping up with challenges and opportunities that change in the environment bring in. Organizations, whether in business or government must endeavor to grow and develop through management innovations.

The black and white settings of the chessboard are the field where the game scenario is constantly changing. It is the battlefield for strategies, innovations and creativity to interact with the elements in the environment with the goal to win. Victory emerges only when the opposing forces are either crushed or are used favorably.

The platter on the board is where the seed for management innovations are offered. The Royal Institute of Management is committed in propagating management education in the country. The dZinchong Rigphel is like a platter in which we endeavor to cultivate best management practices relevant to organizations in Bhutan.
