One of its prime objectives is to provide a medium for exchange of ideas, knowledge, innovations and practices in all aspects of management in information technology, development and business management. Original contributions, especially papers by authors familiar with Bhutanese management concepts, innovations and practices in areas such as business, development and information technology are invited. Ideally, these papers will focus on issues and solutions to problems, existing practices, and experiences in these fields of management. Note to ContributorsAll material submitted for the consideration of publication should be in English. The paper will be supplied in “hard-copy” form with a diskette (3 ˝ inch) prepared in one of the word-processing programmes. A printed copy is also acceptable either in double or triple spacing on one side of A4 paper only. Manuscripts should include a brief abstract (preferably 50-100 words) of the issue (s) addressed and its key findings. A complete list of references in alphabetical order by author should also be included at the end of the manuscript. Figures and tables should either be supplied on diskette or typed clearly, each one on a separate sheet of paper. Papers are accepted upon editorial revision and approval. The concerned contributors should indicate that the material has not previously been published or submitted for publication elsewhere whether in print or electronic form.
