Objective

The overall objective the PGDPA is to equip participants with the requisite skills, knowledge and values for productive careers in the civil service. The specific objectives of the course are to:

- develop the range of knowledge and skills required of development managers in the public sector organizations;
- develop the ability to manage people, projects, information and other organizational resources to achieve development goals and objectives of Bhutanese public organizations; and
- develop a clear understanding of the emerging profile and role of civil service officers to deliver organizational success.

Upon the completion of the course, the participants will be able to carry out:
