- School leaving Certificate
- Photo copy of citizen identity card
- Security Clearance

Fees can be paid Semester wise

The tuition fee for Semester I –Nu.26565 should be paid on or before the 15th July, 2026 to confirm your admission and secure your seat.

Note: Money Receipts will be issued only upon confirmation of the deposits with RIM bank account.
Accommodation:
- The candidates selected for the course will be provided with boarding facilities on first come first serve basis due to limited number of rooms.

- Candidates wishing to stay in the hostel are required to pay Nu.250/- per month as accommodation charges and Nu.2500/- per month as meal charges. The payment should be made semester wise.
Reporting Time
If selected for hostel accommodation, boarder trainees are required to report to the Institute on 19th July 2026 at 3:00 PM.
Dayscholar
Day scholar trainees are required to report to the Institute Auditorium on 20th July 2026 at 8:30 AM in RIM uniform.
