DFM 2026 trainee Selected list

The Selected candidates have to bring the following documents for verification on or before 20^th July, 2026.

• Academic Transcripts – Class 12 (Original)
• Photo copy of citizen identity card
• School leaving certificate
• Security Clearance

The tuition fee for Semester I (Nu. 22,960) must be paid on or before 15th July 2026 to confirm your admission and secure your seat.

Note: Money Receipts will be issued only upon confirmation of the deposits with RIM bank account.

 Accommodation:

• The candidates selected for the course will be provided with boarding facilities on first come first serve basis due to limited number of rooms.

• Candidates wishing to stay in the hostel are required to pay Nu. 250 per month as accommodation charges and Nu. 2,500 per month as meal charges. These charges are to be paid on a semester-wise basis. The total amount payable will be communicated once the hostel room allocation has been confirmed.

Reporting Time

If selected for hostel accommodation, boarder trainees are required to report to the Institute on 19th July 2026 at 3:00 PM.

 Dayscholar

Day scholar trainees are required to report to the Institute Auditorium on 20th July 2026 at 8:30 AM in RIM uniform.
