With over two years of teaching experience, she specializes in accounts-related subjects for the Diploma in Financial Management (DFM) and Certificate in Accounting programs. In addition, she has taught Public Procurement to in-service candidates and delivered lectures on the National Budget to local governance members.<\/p><p>Currently, Pema serves as the Coordinator for the DFM program, where she manages the program&#8217;s operations and curriculum while also overseeing the leadership development program for P2-level civil servants. As the planning focal for the Royal Institute of Management (RIM), she actively contributes to the development of the institution&#8217;s 13th Five Year Plan (FYP).<\/p><p>Combining her academic qualifications with diverse experience in teaching, program coordination, and strategic planning, Pema is dedicated to fostering an engaging and dynamic learning environment.
