She has been employed at the Royal Institute of Management since 2009, where she has gained extensive experience in consultancy, with a particular focus on emotional intelligence workshops, design thinking, and service delivery projects. In 2017, she co-authored the book <em>Design Thinking, The Guidebook for Bhutan<\/em>. Kuenga has contributed significantly to various institute services, such as serving as a team member for the PGDPA course review and as a curriculum writer. Since 2014, she has been managing the Bhutan-Korea Information Access Center and has been involved in designing and coordinating training programs under its framework. Her teaching expertise spans multiple subjects, including programming languages (C, C++, C#, Java, Python, JavaScript), database management, ASP.NET, and emerging technologies.
