She holds a Master of Business (Human Resources) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, a Postgraduate Certificate in Development Management from RIM, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Sherubtse College.<\/p><p>Before joining RIM, Ms. Eadon\u00a0served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), bringing with her a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership.\u00a0She has also led organizational development exercises for both civil service agencies and corporate office, supporting institutional growth and transformation.<\/p><p>Her areas of professional interest include performance coaching, leadership development, behavioural insights, and design thinking.<\/p><p>At RIM, Ms. Eadon\u00a0facilitates several core programs such as High Impact Leadership, Design Thinking, Behavioural Insights, and People Management.
