He holds a Master&#8217;s degree from the Central University of Tibetan Studies, Varanasi. He has served as a lecturer at the Royal Institute of Management\u2014Bhutan\u2019s premier management training institute\u2014where he taught courses for the Post Graduate Diploma in National Law (PGDNL), Empathetic Skills Training, and foundational in-service training programs.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"904\">He brings demonstrated expertise in teaching Buddhist philosophy, Tibetan language, and related subjects at both college and institutional levels, with additional experience in curriculum development and academic journal editing. Fluent in six languages\u2014Sanskrit, English, Dzongkha, Tibetan, Hindi, and Sharchop\u2014he is also proficient in Microsoft Office applications.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"906\" data-end=\"1170\">Sangay is recognized for his leadership and community engagement, having received multiple certificates and appreciation awards.
