Overdue items incur daily penalties based on the type of material borrowed.<br \/><strong>Overdue Fines<\/strong><br \/>Books Nu. 5 per day per book<br \/>Official Reports Nu. 5 per day per report<br \/>Audio-Visual Materials (DVDs, CDs, Video Cassettes) Nu. 25 per day per item<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c6e69a7673a7911797132198b6fe3ad5\"><strong>Fine Payment and Regulations<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Fines accumulate daily, including weekends and holidays.<br \/>\u25cf Borrowing privileges may be suspended until outstanding fines are cleared.<br \/>\u25cf Lost or damaged items must be reported immediately, and users will be required to pay the replacement cost in addition to any accrued fines.<br \/>\u25cf Library staff reserves the right to adjust fines in special cases, such as unavoidable circumstances beyond the borrower\u2019s control.<br \/>This fine system ensures accountability among library users while promoting the responsible use of resources.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2ebcea6715355b017c3afadbbecc1c82\"><strong>Lost\/Damaged Books Policy: Penalty for Lost or Damaged Books<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Users will be charged double the cost price of the lost or damaged book.<br \/>\u25cf As an alternative, users may replace the book with the same edition or a newer edition if the original is unavailable.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8825c467ae2f671001891da8c9f0d071\"><strong>Additional Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\u25cf Damage includes torn pages, water damage, or any other condition that renders the book unsuitable for future use.<br \/>\u25cf Borrowers must report lost or damaged books immediately to avoid accumulating overdue fines.<br \/>\u25cf If a replacement copy is provided, any outstanding fines accrued before reporting the loss\/damage must still be cleared.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Home To ensure the timely return of borrowed materials and maintain accessibility for all users, the Library enforces a structured fine system.
