Palmo Thinley, Senior Lecturer, is a skilled IT professional with a strong background in both academia and practical Information Technology. She holds a Master of Information Technology (Advanced) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, completed in 2009, where she focused on advanced IT systems and programming. She also earned her Bachelor of Information and Technology from Sherubtse College, Kanglung, in 2004, establishing a solid foundation in core IT principles.

She has extensive expertise in programming, particularly advanced Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies, and specializes in web application development using PHP and MySQL, showcasing her full-stack development skills.
