RIM actively encourages students to participate in governance and leadership roles:
Student Leadership: Student leaders are democratically elected by the student body through a transparent voting process. These elected leaders play an essential role in representing student voices, addressing their concerns, and actively contributing to the governance and continuous improvement of student services.

Student Clubs and Volunteer Programs
Promoting an engaging campus life, RIM encourages students to participate in various extracurricular activities for their holistic growth:
Club Activities: RIM initiates and supports diverse student clubs, enabling students to pursue interests beyond academics, including cultural activities, community services, arts, environmental sustainability, leadership development, and social outreach programs.
Volunteerism & Social Skills Development: Participation in clubs and volunteer programs enhances students’ interpersonal skills, social responsibility, and a sense of volunteerism, preparing them as responsible future leaders and socially conscious citizens.
Currently RIM hosts a range of club activities such as the Shenzhen Tshogpa, Literary Club, Sports, etc.
