About Dechen Eadon

Dechen Eadon is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Leadership Development, Royal Institute of Management (RIM). She holds a Master of Business (Human Resources) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, a Postgraduate Certificate in Development Management from RIM, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Sherubtse College.

Before joining RIM, Ms. Eadon served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), bringing with her a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership. She has also led organizational development exercises for both civil service agencies and corporate office, supporting institutional growth and transformation.

Her areas of professional interest include performance coaching, leadership development, behavioural insights, and design thinking.

At RIM, Ms. Eadon facilitates several core programs such as High Impact Leadership, Design Thinking, Behavioural Insights, and People Management. In addition to her academic role, she also serves as an Independent and Non-Executive Director on the Board of Natural Resources Development Corporation Limited (NRDCL), contributing her expertise in leadership and governance.
