About Mani Tshering

Mani Tshering is a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Leadership Development, with extensive experience in teaching, training, and capacity building. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from India and completed his ICSE at CHSS in Bhutan in 1994. He has undertaken various specialized training, including Certified Teacher Training in Search Inside Yourself (RCSC-SIYLI) in 2021, and Training of Trainers (ToT) in Manila, Philippines, in 1999. Mani has been actively involved in teaching and training office administration and management, Dzongkha Computing, and Emotional Intelligence to both pre-service and in-service civil servants since 1998. He has also facilitated capacity-building programs for local government officials, including Gups/Mangmis and Gewog Admin Officers, focusing on office administration, planning processes, and social accountability tools. In his professional journey, he has authored publications such as The Principles of Administrative Office Management (2003) and Zhudrel Yikur Namzha (2011), while also receiving prestigious awards like the National Order of Merit (Silver) for Excellence in Teaching (2016), the Civil Service Medal (Silver) in 2013, and the Best Faculty Award in recognition of his exceptional contributions to his institute.
