Dorji Pem, Associate Lecturer holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education with a focus on Economics. With over Seven years of experience, she has taught a range of subjects including Economics, specifically Bhutanese Economy and Macroeconomics for Governance, as well as Communication Skills and Design Thinking. Her expertise lies in Economics, and she has a strong research interest in exploring the factors influencing attrition and retention within the Bhutanese Civil Service. Through her work, she aims to contribute valuable insights to improve the functioning of the civil service in Bhutan.
