About Dhan Maya Biswa

Ms. Dhan Maya joined the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) as an ICT Technical Associate on 1 July 2026. She holds a Diploma in Computer Hardware and Networking from Jigme Namgyel Engineering College (JNEC), earned in 2016.

Before joining RIM, she worked as an ICT Technical Associate with the GovTech Agency, initially under the Whole of Government Systems (WoGS) Division before being internally transferred to the Cloud Services Division. During her tenure, she supported the delivery and management of government cloud services and served as the division’s ITIL Focal Person. She also coordinated the GovTech Chatbot, managed AWS billing and payment processes, handled service tickets, and contributed to the implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

At RIM, she is committed to delivering reliable ICT services and supporting the Institute’s digital transformation through effective technical support and systems management.
