About Dawa Zangmo

Dawa Zangmo, a highly skilled Senior Electrical Technician, hails from Punakha, Bhutan. With a strong foundation in electrical  expertise, she joined the Royal Institute of Management in 2023 – present, taking on a new and significant role within the organization.

Before transitioning to the Royal Institute of Management, Zangmo had an extensive career with Thimphu Thromde, where she worked from 2010 to 2021. During her time with Thromde, she contributed to various infrastructure and development projects. Her years of experience in this position helped her gain valuable insights into the technical and operational challenges of urban development. Prior to her appointment at Royal Institute of management she has been with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for a period of one year, 2022.

Zangmo’s transition to the Royal Institute of Management marks a new chapter in her career, where she brings her  experience and technical knowledge to a broader range of leadership and managerial responsibilities.
