Library
The Royal Institute of Management (RIM) Library in Bhutan was established to support the academic and research needs of the institute’s community. Since its inception, the library has played a vital role in fostering learning and knowledge development within the fields of management, business, and public administration.
The library started with a modest collection but gradually expanded its resources to include over 27,000 books, academic journals, national and international reports, and various digital resources. It has been continuously upgraded to meet the growing needs of students, faculty, and researchers, making it one of the key academic resources in Bhutan.
Over time, the library introduced digital and online resources, such as subscriptions to databases like SCOPUS and DELNET, as well as access to open access journals, ensuring that users have access to global scholarly content.
Today, the RIM Library stands as a comprehensive information hub that supports academic excellence, research, and professional development for the entire RIM community. Its role has expanded beyond physical books and resources to include a wide array of digital tools, making it an integral part of the institute’s academic infrastructure.
