“Talent Retention in a Public Service Culture and Managing for good quality work life and organizational outcomes”

As part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations, the Royal Institute of Management will be organizing two seminars on “Talent Retention in a Public Service Culture” and “Managing for good quality work life and organizational outcomes.”

The first seminar scheduled for 1st September will be on the theme “Talent Retention in a Public Service Culture.” There will be discussions on motivation factors of employees. Professor Lisa Bradley, Head of School, QUT Business School, Australia will be making her presentation for 45 minutes which will be followed by Q&A Sessions by the participants (RIM faculty, staff and trainees) for about half an hour.

The second seminar is scheduled for 2nd September. The theme is “Managing for good quality work life and organizational outcomes” and is open for any interested individual to participate. In this seminar Professor Lisa Bradley will present ideas and evidence about elements of a supportive work culture; work and performance motives and she will make suggestions/recommendations for good management.  Professor Lisa will be making her presentations for about 45 minutes followed by questions and answer session for about half an hour.

Both the seminars will be conducted in the RIM Auditorium from 3: 30 pm.

All interested individuals from the government organizations, agencies, corporate and private sectors are cordially invited to attend the second seminar.
