Digital Skills Training with ICDL Certification

The Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) will be conducting 10 days training on Advanced Documents, Advanced Presentations, Management/Financial Spreadsheets and Data Analytics from June 6–17, 2022 at Royal Institute of Management, Semtokha.

The main objective of the training is to enhance Digital Skills for efficient Public Service Delivery. After successful completion of the training, the participants are mandated to sit for the certification exam. Participants will receive International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) certificates (certificates are issued by ICDL in Singapore) when they score a minimum of 75% in each module. Although there are no prerequisites for this training, it will be preferable if the nominated candidate at least has a base knowledge on ICT and frequently uses ICT at the workplace.

The training will be delivered for free by the faculty members of the department. The certification fees of US $60 and other charges will be borne by the Institute. The TADA to the candidate has to be paid by your office. Lunch and refreshments will not be provided due to budget constraints.

The candidate will have to fill up the google form at https://tinyurl.com/DICTDST2022 and also submit the nomination letter by 30 May 2022 to be considered for the training. The Department will take only the first 26 who have fulfilled both (Registered + submitted nomination letter) at the earliest.
